Manchester United star Paul Pogba has told friends he wants to leave Old Trafford and seal a move back to Juventus, according to reports in Italy.The rumour mill is in full swing ahead of the January transfer window, and it is claimed Juve are considering a bid to re-sign the World Cup winner.3

Pogba is said to be unsettled at United after falling out with manager Jose Mourinho, and is seriously considering his future at the Premier League club.He only returned to Old Trafford in 2016 for a British-record 89m fee, but he has struggled to perform at his best in a Red Devils shirt.Pogba won four Serie A titles and two Coppa Italias in his four years with Juventus, but has not enjoyed the same success back at United.He looked a different player during the summer as he helped France lift the World Cup, but he has again struggled to recreate that form for his club this season.3

And, according to Corriere dello Sport, the 25-year-old has told his former Juventus team-mates that he wants to quit Manchester United and re-join them in Turin.Despite both Pogba and Mourinho insisting there is no problem between them, the reports in Italy point out that publicly there appears to be a coldness in their relationship.It is also suggested Pogba has a strong temptation to be part of the Juventus family again.3

The Frenchman even admitted recently that Turin was his home, ahead of facing his former club in the Champions League fuelling the rumours that he is keen to move back to Italy.Pogba is currently sidelined with a knock he picked up in Uniteds stunning 2-1 win over Juve almost two weeks ago.He sat out of France duty over the international break, instead opting for a trip to Dubai where he met up with Lionel Messi, but is hoping to return for Saturdays Premier League clash against Crystal Palace.
