It comes after new manager Unai Emery was told he wouldnt be allowed to make any permanent signings in the January transfer window, leaving the boss scrambling to bring in players on loan before Thursdays deadline.Speaking to talkSPORT host Jim White on Wednesday, Jordan said: This is not an assassination of Arsenal, but I believe they are a slightly declining dynasty for a variety of reasons.Arsenal are on the precipice of being in decline. I watch this Arsenal side and I feel they are directionless. Theyve got a very decent manager and I get the impression he is becoming frustrated.2

They are only there as part of his asset value, because he has got more pressing matters like the LA Rams and the Colorado rapids and whoever else he owns. As someone who is only really looking at the capital value of the football club to him, if there isnt a chance in their policy then this club will not get back into the Champions League for the next five years.“The likes of Liverpool, Manchester City, Tottenham and Manchester United will leave Arsenal sitting somewhere they havent been in the last 21 years watching the elite, of which they were a part of, disappear into the horizon.They dont seem to have any money.
